Your comments are important to us. They give us an opportunity to improve our services.

 

Do you have concerns or wish to make a complaint?

Every complaint is taken seriously as it may give us an opportunity to improve our services. Here is how to proceed:

  1. First discuss the matter with a member of your care team (physician, nurse, physiotherapist, or clinic manager). This simple step is often enough to resolve the situation.
  2. If you do not receive a satisfactory response or you wish to make a complaint, contact the Quality and Patient Safety Department by telephone, e-mail, or in writing.
