Board of Directors Meetings

The Board of Directors meets at least four times a year and meetings are open to the public. The dates, times, and locations of the meetings are announced in advance in the media and on the Network’s website.

Would you like to ask a question at a Board of Directors meeting?

Each public session of the Board of Directors is followed by a 30-minute period for comments from the public. If you would like to ask the members of the Board of Directors a question, you need to e-mail your question to info [at] vitalitenb.ca ten working days before the date of the meeting. This will allow us to ensure that the deliberations run smoothly, that all participants have a fair amount of time to speak, and that the Board of Directors can provide full and timely responses.
