Terms of this Service:
Please do not include anything in your message that you would feel uncomfortable writing on a postcard being sent through regular mail. We cannot deliver Care Mail to patients receiving an Outpatient Procedure. Greetings will only be delivered to patients currently registered in hospital. Messages to patients who have been discharged, transferred or registered under a different name will not be delivered. Any Care Mail submitted will be delivered during the day or the following morning. Any Care Mail submitted over the weekend or during a statutory Holiday will be delivered the following business day. Due to patient confidentiality, we are unable to confirm delivery of any e-mails. Please be assured that undeliverable e-mail messages will be disposed of securely. We recommend that you do not include any information regarding the patient's illness or reasons for hospitalization. The Network reserves the right to discard any messages deemed inappropriate by our staff.
