Temporary interruption of pediatric services at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC

Moncton, Thursday, June 9, 2022 – Vitalité Health Network is announcing that the pediatric services at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre (UHC) will temporarily be suspended as of tomorrow for seven days due to a shortage of medical staff in the facility.

Temporary interruption:
Friday, June 10, 8:00 a.m. to Friday, June 17, 8:00 a.m.

People requiring pediatric services at that hospital during the temporary interruption must present to the Emergency Department of the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC, where situations will be treated on a case-by-case basis with the possibility of being redirected to another facility of the Network.

The Network regrets any inconvenience that this situation may cause.
