Hours of operation:

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (flexible schedule)

Services provided:

  • Services for inpatients and outpatients;
  • Group sessions on various topics, including cholesterol, triglycerides, prediabetes, and digestive problems;
  • Services in the community upon request (e.g. grocery store visits, how to read labels).
