Vitalité Health Network is pleased that a tentative agreement was reached yesterday between the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) and the Government of New Brunswick.

This agreement puts an end to strike activities and allows CUPE employees to go back to work across Network facilities.

The Network is very pleased to welcome all employees back to work. “It will now be easier to work toward a gradual return to normal and continue to increase our service levels,” indicated Dr. France Desrosiers, President and CEO of the Network.

Vitalité Health Network thanks patients, their families, and the public for being understanding and patient during the strike period. Our priority remains to provide safe, quality care.
