All post-secondary institutions must sign an affiliation agreement with the Network in order to be able to place students within our health care facilities.

This following list has been created to help you navigate through our affiliation agreement review process. Please pay particular attention to our insurance and health and safety requirements.
Process – developing an affiliation agreement
- A draft agreement is sent to you by the Network
- Educational institution returns the modified draft to the Network
- Proof of insurance is verified
- All parties agree on a version of the agreement
- Agreement is signed by all the parties involved
