Let’s hear you on Vitalité Health Network’s priorities

Bathurst, Tuesday, October 18, 2016 – Vitalité Health Network’s Board of Directors will be holding public consultations from October 19 to November 2 as part of its strategic planning process to identify the priorities of the organization for the next three years. The purpose is to review the mission, vision and values and set the major strategic priorities of the organization.

Citizens residing on the territory served by the Network, organizations, municipalities and other partners will be asked for their input on the directions that the Network should adopt. The public consultation process, which will be managed by the Board of Directors, will lead to the publication of a new strategic plan in early 2017.

“Vitalité Health Network wants to give its partners and members of the public an opportunity express their opinion on its priorities and main areas for action for the next few years,” said President and Chief Executive Officer Gilles Lanteigne. “We need as many people as possible to take part in this reflection on the organization and improvement of health services.”

An online questionnaire is available to the public on the Network’s website. The public consultation process will also include targeted interviews with some partners both internally (employees, physicians, health professionals) and externally (teaching institutions, municipalities, community organizations).  Answers will be kept confidential.
