COVID-19: Visitation suspended at Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Joseph de Saint-Quentin

Saint-Quentin, Friday, September 3, 2021 – Vitalité Health Network informs the public that visitation at the Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Joseph de Saint-Quentin has temporarily been suspended due to a COVID-19 outbreak within the facility. Visits are only allowed for palliative care (end-of-life imminent) patients.  This measure takes effect immediately and will be in effect until further notice. 

The Network is currently in the process of investigating the situation, but the risk to the public is considered low. This decision has been made for preventive purposes to protect the safety of patients and staff.   Screening of health care workers is underway and increased disinfection measures have been implemented.
