Compliments, concerns and complaints

The Network is committed to providing each and every one of its patients with excellent care. To do so, we need your feedback.

Do you have compliments or questions? Tell us about them; we will be happy to hear your comments or to help you.

1. Share your compliments or questions with the person who provided the service or the local manager.
2. E-mail us at qualite.quality@vitalitenb.ca. Make sure to include the name of the hospital and the name of the unit or department.

Your comments will be passed on to the care team.

Do you have concerns or wish to make a complaint? Follow these steps:

1. First, discuss the matter with a member of your care team (e.g. physician, nurse, physiotherapist, clinic manager). This simple step is often enough to resolve the situation;
2. If you do not receive a satisfactory response or you wish to make a complaint, contact the Quality and Patient Safety Department in your region. Our process is open and transparent. At appropriate points in the process, we will keep you informed about how your complaint is progressing.
