History

The Campbellton Regional Hospital opened its doors in 1991 following the amalgamation of the Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital and Hôpital Hôtel-Dieu.

Since it opened, the hospital has seen many changes in the health care system and enormous technological progress.

The Campbellton Regional Hospital is proud of the standards and skills it maintains, how it has adapted to technological changes, and its ability to meet the challenge of a constantly changing health care environment. Its staff are still meeting the many challenges inherent in this period of change and are committed to continuing to provide high-quality health care.
